Invoices
Insured Patients
If you are insured we will send any invoices to the insurer for costs incurred for your consultations, investigations and surgery. Please be sure to let us know all your insurance details.
Please note that many insurance policies have an excess. If this applies the patient is directly responsible for the excess.
Self Pay Patients
Patients who are paying for themselves will have invoices sent to them personally. Please ensure we have your correct details.

Information on Paying Invoices
Cheques
If you are paying by cheque please make these payable to Keyhole Clinics Ltd or Mr Peter Willson not to the Hospital where you had your consultation or surgery.
Please send the cheque to Mr PD Willson, C/O The New Victoria Hospital, 184 Coombe Lane West, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey, KT2 7EG.
Bank Transfer / BACS
Details of how to pay by BACs are found on your invoice.
If you choose to pay by BACS please use "Keyhole Clinics Ltd" as the account name.

Credit or Debit Cards
We are no longer able to offer payment by credit or debit card.
